Job Summary
Lead on key admin duties, translating the Field Service Manager’s game plan into clear direction for the team; oversee onboarding and training of new hires, drive field execution, and support performance management. Responsibilities include managing documentation (SIP shadows, inventory audits, work orders, training modules), monitoring team performance and licensing compliance, leading in the field during field time (safety checks, fleet maintenance), maintaining inventory tracking, and guiding team development; required to provide mentorship and conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews. Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills are essential; energy/home-services industry experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a current Field Technician Professional
- Must not be on a performance, behavioral or attendance improvement plan
- Has strong organizational and time management skills
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Has proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office
- Has the ability to lead by example and maintain a professional, problem-solving attitude under pressure
