Field Service Professional/Electrician responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting smart home systems (security cameras, smart locks, home automation), while conducting consultative on-site sales to upgrade equipment and services. Role includes educating customers on system use, maintaining safety standards, and pursuing growth within the national organization. The position requires a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and licensing compliance (NM ES-3J). The job emphasizes hands-on technical work, customer-facing service, and opportunities for coaching and advancement; a take-home company vehicle and gas card are provided, with a 4-day (4/10) workweek including Saturdays, plus comprehensive benefits and training.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Ability to successfully pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law (In New Mexico, license is ES-3J)
- Technical aptitude or experience in installing, servicing, and troubleshooting smart home devices (security cameras, smart locks, home automation) is preferred but not required
