Field Service Productivity Coordinator (Non-Tech Program/Project Management) III

Execute and coordinate Service Orders, RTS, TES, and parts disposition in alignment with Customer Engineering and Supply Chain processes. Maintain materials, tooling, and spares readiness by leading weekly parts reviews and owning operational KPI tracking for cycle time, quality, and productivity. Analyze trends to identify risks, drive standard countermeasures, and track corrective actions to closure. Support workforce productivity through scheduling coordination, timecard accuracy, and coverage planning while maintaining SOPs and CE documentation. Conduct quality checks on IWN documentation and prepare materials for customer visits and audits. Own operational administration including iCapability Plus approvals, TES workflows, WIP/WDRs, and install base accuracy. Operate with moderate autonomy, applying established processes to maintain operational discipline and KPI performance across cross-functional teams.
