Job Summary
Field Service Power Generation Technician focused on preventive maintenance and basic generator repairs at customer sites in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues using specialized tools, performing repairs per documented procedures, preparing parts and tools, completing service worksheets and warranty claims (handwritten or in a business system), maintaining a clean service vehicle and tools, delivering professional customer service, and escalating unresolved issues to more experienced technicians or a supervisor. Must complete role-related training and comply with Health, Safety & Environmental policies. Includes a $5000 sign-on bonus and on-site work with potential flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Preventative maintenance experience on power generation equipment
