Field Service Power Generation Technician

Diagnose and execute complex repairs to generators and components at customer sites using specialized tools and documented procedures. Perform preventative maintenance activities on power generation products per established schedules. Establish and develop productive customer relations while ensuring prompt attention to needs. Escalate unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisors and coach technicians or apprentices, transferring knowledge and reviewing repair plans. Complete required documentation via handwritten forms or business systems, maintain service vehicles and tools, and ensure adherence to all Health Safety & Environmental policies.
