Field Service Planner

Job Summary
Review purchase orders received from customers and coordinate with buyers to source correct parts. Request materials for future field service jobs and receive and issue parts to appropriate work orders. Create production work orders for machining operations as required. Make recommendations to optimize inventory use, including purchasing shortages, stock transfers, or modifying stock. Inform the Receiving Department of incoming material priorities. Support all field service business units and other departments as needed. Requires 5+ years of related operations or sales experience and 2+ years of operations or inside sales experience. Based in the Central and Gulf Coast regions of Texas.
Required Qualifications
- 5 plus years related Operations or Sales experience and/or training
- Basic industry knowledge
- Excellent Product knowledge
- 2 plus years of Operations and/or Inside sales experience
- experience with Microsoft office
- experience with other production and sales order software
