Job Summary
Field Service Operations Specialist with a focus on operations support for the Technical Service group in medical devices. Responsibilities include service contract setup and invoicing, administrative support to Field Service Engineers, spare parts logistics, documentation and data integrity in SAP/ServiceMax, and ensuring timely maintenance planning and customer satisfaction. Requires college-level qualification and up to 2 years of experience; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce ServiceMax is advantageous. Must be fluent in Czech and English; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
Required Qualifications
- College Level qualification or equivalent as minimum
- Up to 2 years of work experience
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce CRM (ServiceMax) is an advantage
- Fluent communication skills in both Czech and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt/flexibility to changing conditions, priorities and workload
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation
