Field Service Millwright – Reciprocating Compressors

Job Summary
Seeking experienced Field Service Millwrights with reciprocating compressor experience to support maintenance, overhaul, inspection, installation, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites throughout Texas, Louisiana, and other locations across the United States. This is a full-time field service position supporting pipeline, midstream, gas processing, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, and industrial customers. Candidates must be willing to travel and work at customer facilities as project requirements dictate. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience performing major overhauls and repairs on reciprocating compressors commonly manufactured by OEMs such as Ariel, Cooper-Bessemer, Worthington, Clark, Ingersoll Rand, Dresser-Rand, Gemini, and Superior.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industrial millwright or compressor maintenance experience
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with reciprocating compressors
- Experience with OEM equipment such as Ariel, Cooper-Bessemer, Worthington, Clark, Ingersoll Rand, Dresser-Rand, Gemini, or Superior
- Strong understanding of compressor frame inspections, rod runout measurements, valve maintenance, packing replacement, and compressor overhaul procedures
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Valid driver’s license
