Job Summary

Primary responsibility is to perform vehicle troubleshooting, repair and maintenance work on chassis and track mounted aerials, digger derricks, cranes, high rail, and other equipment, in accordance with dealer and factory standards, in the field. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and repair orders, performs diagnostics using provided tools and software (LMI Diagnostics, CAN bus, diagnostic software), and communicates with the Service Manager. Requires ability to travel as needed (10-20%), adhere to safety protocols, participate in CTOS safety and factory-sponsored training, and operate with attention to warranty and parts documentation. Requires the ability to work in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and possess strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and welding skills. Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Five years of related experience
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • CDL Class B preferred
  • Must have your own tools
