Field Service Mechanic / Technician (Utility Trucks & Equipment)

Job Summary
Primary responsibility is to perform vehicle troubleshooting, repair and maintenance work on chassis and track mounted aerials, digger derricks, cranes, high rail, and other equipment, in accordance with dealer and factory standards, in the field. Read and interpret equipment manuals and repair orders/instructions to perform required maintenance and service; diagnose using LMI Diagnostics and CAN bus; travel as needed; communicate with customers and internal departments to minimize equipment downtime; attend CTOS safety and factory-sponsored training; adhere to safety regulations and STEP program for ongoing development.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Five years of related experience (Shop Tech and Field Tech)
- Must hold a valid driver’s license (CDL Class B preferred)
- Must have your own tools
- Proficient in documentation using software, meeting deadlines and schedules
