Job Summary
Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair heavy equipment and machinery at customer job sites using specialized tools and diagnostic software. Perform preventive maintenance and emergency services to minimize downtime, while maintaining accurate service records and repair orders. Communicate professionally with customers and service teams regarding equipment issues and repair plans, ensuring all safety protocols and company procedures are followed at every site.
Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school
- Minimum five plus year's of CAT dealer experience
- ten year's heavy equipment industry experience
- equivalent education and experience
