Job Summary
Diagnose hydraulic faults on construction and industrial equipment; build and install hydraulic hoses on-site; verify repairs to ensure no leaks and optimal function; provide exceptional customer service and foster relationships; collaborate with existing customers and generate leads for new business. Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical background, preferably with construction equipment experience; able to troubleshoot under pressure; work effectively outdoors in varying conditions; maintain safety and quality mindset; possess good communication and problem-solving skills; and have a clean driving record with tools ready prior to training. This role operates from a mobile service van visiting customer sites to service and replace hoses, in a fast-paced setting with opportunities for advancement.
