Job Summary
Field Service Mechanic responsible for diagnosing and repairing agricultural equipment at customer sites, including Sprayers, Planter Tractors, and Combine. Duties include using diagnostic tools, reading electrical and hydraulic schematics, performing PMs, documenting service reports and warranties, communicating repair directions, and mentoring technicians as needed. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team, adhere to safety policies, and stay current on safety training. Occasional driving required; physical duties include lifting up to 100 pounds; OSHA and forklift training referenced; 90+ years of service with Holt family-owned operation in CA/OR region.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 or more years equipment repair experience or Field Service experience required
- Class B or C Driver License
