Job Summary
Manage a team of Field Service Technicians in the Phoenix area, overseeing installations, site surveys, and technical competency for water filtration and beverage equipment. Train new staff, maintain exceptional customer satisfaction, and submit balanced reports on expenses, payroll, and forms to the Regional Service Director. Support on-boarding processes and act as a substitute manager when necessary. Requires 2–5 years of management experience, plumbing certification, and OSHA 10-hour training. Salary is $70,000–$80,000 plus commission. Overnight travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of management experience
- Vocational technical school diploma/certification
- Experience with the field work associated with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee and tea dispensing units
- Prior management experience
- Licensed plumbers or comprehensive plumbing skills
- Experience working with power tools, ladders and aerial work platforms exceeding 6-feet
- OSHA 10-hour certified or be OSHA trained within 3-months of employment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- The use of personal digital assistants (i.e. tablets and smartphones)
- A valid a current driver's license in good standing
- A clean work record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Overnight travel
