Job Summary
Field Service Manager overseeing service support for the field team across customer sites, directing on-site service leads and personnel, coordinating installation, product delivery, and service activities to align with customer agreements. Responsible for safety, quality, training, and expanding service and sales revenue; manages onsite teams (OST/OSE, FST/FSE, warehouse personnel), participates in customer escalation and improvement initiatives, plans and supports training programs, and negotiates and develops contracts. Requires collaboration with regional managers, prepares monthly sales/service reports, and travels up to 40% with on-site work at Austin, TX or Hillsboro, OR locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering or Technical Degree
- 8+ years of work-related experience in the semiconductor industry or related area (full military equivalent may substitute for degree) or Technical Degree
- 8 years experience in service operations and customer facing role and 5+ years experience supporting in a customer environment
- strong leadership, influencing and communication skills
- ability to operate within a matrix management environment
