Job Summary
Lead a team of Field Technicians to support installation, relocation, preventative maintenance, and break-fix work on lottery equipment at retailer locations; manage field operations, ensure on-time delivery, and deliver top-tier customer service. Responsibilities include expanding knowledge of lottery games, hardware, software, and supplies; communicate value of services, build durable customer relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, prepare reports and deliver presentations on product and team performance; act as incident manager for field events; develop and support field service policies, budget monitoring, and training; recruit and develop team members and maintain proper inventory, tools, and supplies. Requires strong leadership, communication, customer satisfaction skills, ability to travel, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalency
- Five years computer software and hardware troubleshooting experience
- One or more years experience as a successful leader (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
- Demonstrated leadership and motivation
- Ability to travel overnight
- Pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to pass a DOT certification and drug test
- Ability to regularly lift or move 35 pounds or more
- Valid driver's license
