Job Summary
Manage a team of Field Service Technicians in the Phoenix area, overseeing installations, technical site surveys, and customer satisfaction while training new staff. Maintain exceptional service levels through superior customer management and possess plumbing competency for inspections and repairs. Submit dependable reports on expenses, payroll, and forms to the Regional Service Director, and support on-boarding processes for new hires. Act as a substitute for the Regional Service Director when necessary. Requires 2–5 years of management experience, a vocational diploma, and OSHA 10-hour certification. Overtime and overnight travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of management experience
- Vocational technical school diploma/certification
- Experience with the field work associated with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee and tea dispensing units
- Prior management experience, route-based preferred
- Licensed plumbers or comprehensive plumbing skills are preferred
- Experience working with power tools, ladders and aerial work platforms exceeding 6-feet
- OSHA 10-hour certified or be OSHA trained within 3-months of employment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- The use of personal digital assistants (i.e. tablets and smartphones)
- A valid a current driver's license in good standing
- A clean work record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Overnight travel may be required

- Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce a plus
