Job Summary
Oversee field service operations for Berry Tractor & Equipment; supervise field service technicians; ensure customer requirements are met; coordinate on-site installation, maintenance, and repair; optimize warranty reimbursement; provide direction to achieve profitability and quality standards; work with store services managers and parts personnel to provide timely support; maintain qualified, customer-focused staff and establish customer relationships to promote service work; strong knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions; bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related experience in a dealership environment
- People management experience is required
- Prior experience as a service writer with dispatch experience essential
