Job Summary
Field Service Lead Technician responsible for traveling to customer locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair lift trucks; train or train-the-trainer at customer locations; inspect repairs and ensure safety practices; communicate issues to field management; pick up parts and replenish van inventory; complete necessary paperwork; maintain customer relations and schedule coordination with Service Customer Care, Dispatcher, and Field Service Manager. Requires 2-4 years related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate lift trucks. Preferred qualifications include prior Crown Field Service Technician experience and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, schematics, and testing equipment. Work authorization in the United States is required; sponsorship is not provided.
