Job Summary
Field Service Lead, SENA in Singapore leading DePuy Synthes Field Service Engineering across the South East & North Asia cluster. Responsible for safe, compliant, high-quality field service delivery, people leadership, and operational excellence; translate regional/global service strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and execution; ensure installation, maintenance, repair, and support of DePuy Synthes equipment; coach and develop Field Service Engineers; maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; drive continuous improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory); travel within the SENA cluster as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent)
