Field Service IV

Execute assigned technical activities for client installations and maintenance, including preventive and corrective repairs of equipment, networks, and spare parts. Satisfy client needs by arriving at the specified location, time, and date to provide operational support, ensuring adherence to service level agreements to minimize system downtime and contractual penalties. Continuously monitor equipment availability through required maintenance schedules while reporting unsafe conditions and strictly following company safety procedures and PPE protocols. Collaborate closely with department roles to align with organizational goals and adapt to cultural changes to ensure project quality and productivity.
