Job Summary
Field Service IT Technician needed to provide onsite printer and hardware support at customer sites within the Service Level Agreement. Responsibilities include repairing printer equipment, installing and repairing computer hardware, running diagnostics, preparing products for delivery, maintaining documentation, performing quality checks on scanned records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upgrading firmware/ consumables. Requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills, ability to travel, and physical ability to lift 50+ lbs; A+ certification is preferred. Will interact with customers to provide timely service updates and maintain professional relationships.
Required Qualifications
- A+ certification is preferred
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Must have ability to lift/move equipment weighing 50 or more pounds as well as stand, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, and reach freely
- Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
- Must have exceptional driving record and have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel as required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
