Job Summary
Field Service IT Technician providing onsite printer/system hardware support at customer sites. Responsibilities include repairing printer equipment, installing/upgrading firmware and consumables, running diagnostics, documenting service updates, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring quality checks of scanned/prepared records, and performing safety checks. Requires ability to travel, lift 50+ pounds, pass drug screening and background check, and maintain professional communication; A+ certification preferred and valid driver’s license expected. We emphasize teamwork, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to service standards.
