Job Summary
Conduct field service and technical support for IT and network projects serving SME clients across North Dublin. Perform on-site diagnostics, manage Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, and LAN/WAN infrastructure. Assist clients in transitioning to Azure Cloud services with in-house mentoring and external training provided. Maintain a full Irish driving license for vehicle access and ensure legal eligibility to work in Ireland. Required Qualifications
- Several years strong experience as a Field Engineer or as an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer within a Microsoft environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically Windows 10, Office365, Active Directory & Networkings
- Interest in Cloud & Azure
- Windows 10
- Office365 Admin strong skills
- Active Directory
- Networking knowledge
- Full Irish Driving license
- Based in Dublin
- Legal to work in Ireland
