Job Summary
Field Service Installer I responsible for reconciling GOJO / distributor shipments, staging dispensers/products for installation, removing old dispensers with minimal wall damage, and installing new dispensers per Title III ADA and NFPA guidelines. Maintain a clean and safe customer environment, dispose of materials as directed, and communicate effectively with the installation lead, GOJO personnel, facility staff, patients, and families. Develop rapport with project champions at customer facilities to support installations and act as a subject-matter expert to assist the selling team. Support other activities to strengthen GOJO’s presence in dispensing systems markets and participate in training of other installers as needed. Requires overnight travel (100%), valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain healthcare facility credentialing; position is Mostly Virtual with less than 10% on-site work.”,
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, two (2) years of technical trade school, or equivalent education/work experience
- Minimum one (1) year installation or related experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to obtain health care facility credentialing is requirement
- Must pass criminal background check, drug screening, and be willing to get all necessary inoculations
- Reside or be willing to travel to field service locations as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with installation lead, GOJO personnel, facility personnel, patient and families
