Job Summary
Field Service/Installation Technician provides hands-on maintenance and repair services for dental equipment at customer sites, trains staff and customers on equipment, and collaborates with colleagues to drive dentistry forward. Candidates should have strong problem-solving, mechanical/electrical, and Windows proficiency, plus the ability to travel frequently to customer sites, lift/carry up to 100 pounds, and work in tight spaces. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required; technical training in bio-medical or electronics is preferred. The role emphasizes customer focus, independent work, and field-based service across the territory.
