Job Summary
Field Service/Installation Technician responsible for on-site maintenance and repair of dental equipment, providing hands-on support to customers, and training staff and customers on equipment usage. The role emphasizes independent, customer-focused service, problem solving, and the ability to travel to customer sites for daily fieldwork. Strong emphasis on computer proficiency (Windows-based programs), mechanical/electrical aptitude, and effective communication. Willingness to work in field settings, manage equipment installations, and contribute to driving dentistry forward. Ability to lift varying weights, work in tight spaces, and operate power tools as part of routine field responsibilities. Travel to customer sites is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver�s license and clean driving record (Required)
- Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field (Preferred)
