Job Summary
Deploy Salesforce Field Service Management platforms for various brands and operating groups, working closely with service leaders to roll out strategy and integrate FSM with CRM and ERP systems. Develop forecasting capabilities, design dashboards, and create key performance indicators to evaluate field service engagement and tech survey effectiveness. Train managers and service technicians on best-in-class processes, document business requirements, and present solutions to Operating Group and Brand leaders. Manage deployment projects and coordinate with IT, pricing, and other functional leaders to ensure efficient field service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years in this field or 5 years of field service support
- Demonstrated experience training/mentoring service techs and managers
- Proven ability to document field complaints and apply appropriate solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in gathering and writing business requirements
- Travel: up to 50%
- Willingness to travel: 50% (Required)
- Working knowledge and experience with Salesforce or other leading FSM platforms
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com Service Cloud or other leading Field Service management (FSM) tool
- Use Salesforce to design dashboards and reports
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce.com Field Service Consultant Certification a plus
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies a plus
- Education: Associate (Preferred) or business experience equivalent
