Job Summary
Field Service Helper to support installation and service teams in Connecticut and the Northeast; entry-level role with a clear path to becoming a full technician. Join two-person installation crews, load tools, prep job sites, perform mechanical tasks under guidance, and learn on the job. Travel to job sites across NY, CT, RI, MA, NH and beyond with occasional overnight travel. No formal license or certification required; on-the-job training provided. Starting pay $20-$25/hour with potential to advance to Technician and Senior Technician; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO. Physical work, lifting 70+ lbs, and outdoor environments; driver’s license required. The role feeds into the Installation division, offering hands-on training and a clear career path.
