Job Summary
Field Service Engineer in CDMX/Hidalgo zones providing diagnostic, maintenance, installation, and repair of measuring instruments for Anton Paar; diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, install/configure equipment systems per customer specifications, document all service activities in the service management system, respond to service calls within the CDMX and Hidalgo zones, communicate technical findings to customers, maintain safety and company procedures, collaborate with technical support, conduct equipment inspections and generate detailed status reports, manage multiple service calls efficiently, and demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-interaction skills. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support roles
- Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with hands-on equipment repair experience
- Proficiency with service management software and mobile field service applications
- Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to the equipment serviced
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple service calls effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the CDMX and Hidalgo zones
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements in field service environments
