Job Summary
Provide expert onsite technical support for the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of cryogenic systems and equipment. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime through root cause analysis. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including inspections, calibration, and component replacement, while responding promptly to service requests. Deliver technical training to customers on safe operation and promote best practices aligned with safety and regulatory standards. Prepare detailed field service reports, maintain accurate service records, and communicate findings to internal teams. Uphold Nikkiso's safety standards and apply emerging technologies to enhance service delivery across the assigned region.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience working with cryogenic systems or closely related technologies (e.g., rotating equipment, LNG, industrial gases, vacuum systems, or process equipment)
- Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of complex technical systems
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Experience planning and executing field service activities and preventive maintenance programs
Desired Qualifications
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering discipline
- Experience in industrial, energy, marine, aerospace, or gas processing environments
