Job Summary
Install, qualify, validate, calibrate, maintain, and repair Waters systems. Analyze and review system and scientific data to determine problem sources and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with matrix teams to expedite repairs and manage customer expectations through clear communication and follow-up plans. Build trusted advisor partnerships with customers to provide suitable advice on Waters products and services while identifying opportunities to advance laboratory operations. This role supports customers across diverse lab-based scientific sectors, offering flexibility in daily tasks and a continuous learning pathway.
