Field Service Engineer

Install, qualify, validate, calibrate, maintain, and repair Waters systems while analyzing scientific data to determine problem sources and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate repairs with matrix teams to expedite resolutions and manage customer expectations through clear communication of work performed and follow-up plans. Build trusted advisor partnerships with customers across diverse lab-based sectors to provide suitable advice on Waters products and services, advancing their laboratory operations. This role is ideally positioned close to Cardiff and/or the M4 Corridor for a global organization focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
