Job Summary
Field Service Engineer in Abbott’s Vascular Division responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Coroflow and OPTIS systems at customer sites across the Greater Toronto Region. Provides in-service training to clinicians, performs technology installation and calibration, conducts emergency repairs and preventative maintenance, and supports the sales organization with service demonstrations. Roles require travel up to 75% and independent work within cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in life sciences and 1–3 years of electrophysiology or cardiology lab experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and ability to work in a regulated healthcare environment.
