Field Service Engineer (USA)

Job Summary
Deploy, install, and maintain advanced counter-drone systems in customer environments while serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle. Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting, conduct system demonstrations, and deliver end-user training to support sales efforts and validate proposals. Diagnose technical issues independently, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive system reliability and performance improvements. Maintain accurate service records, document processes, and contribute to internal training initiatives. Travel up to 50% to support field operations across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a field service or customer-facing technical role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems
- Working knowledge of networking (DHCP, subnetting, VPNs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel up to 50% in support of field operations and customer engagements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with networking hardware and complex system integration
- Exposure to RF, telecommunications, or electronic systems
- Experience testing and validating technical systems
- Familiarity with technical documentation and reporting
- Active or eligible security clearance
