Job Summary
Conduct new installation and commissioning of medical imaging devices within hospital environments. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of customer equipment to ensure stable operation, followed by billing procedures. Communicate directly with customers to maintain satisfaction and escalate technical issues to internal teams for resolution. Collaborate with sales teams to drive share gain and build relationships with partner distributors. Identify operational improvements through daily field work and propose solutions to internal stakeholders. Requires 1–2 years of electrical or mechanical field service experience, a standard driver's license, and strong logical communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1~2 years of field service experience in electrical/mechanical systems
- Basic knowledge of electrical/computer/network fundamentals (for those without prior experience)
- Communication skills to explain incidents logically to customers
- Ability to propose and execute ideas for operational improvement
- Skill to accurately perform inspection and repair by reading manuals
- Ability to accurately escalate and resolve problems encountered at customer sites
- Valid ordinary automobile license
