Job Summary
Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Delta UPS and data-center power products. Lead complex service activities including Level 2–Level 5 commissioning, system start-ups, performance testing, and verification of correct installations. Provide escalated technical support for critical customer incidents and conduct root-cause analysis to feed insights back to engineering and product teams. Deliver technical training programs to field service engineers, partners, and customers while developing training materials, troubleshooting guides, and best-practice procedures. Serve as a subject-matter expert for DCS products and create technical documentation. Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, minimum 3 years' experience with UPS or power-electronics systems, and willingness to travel across EMEA. Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Data‐center or mission‐critical UPS experience
- Familiarity with SCADA/BMS systems
- Minimum 3 years' experience with UPS or power‐electronics systems
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and power infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Hands‐on experience troubleshooting high‐power systems
- Willingness to travel across EMEA
- Fluent in English
