Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and verifications of system specifications, on diagnostic imaging equipment such as injectors and ultrasound machines. Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment while accurately documenting all service activities in accordance with company quality standards. Submit field service reports timely and communicate with account managers regarding services provided. Manage and maintain company assets required to perform job functions while resolving problems analytically in high-pressure, time-sensitive customer environments. This role involves frequent travel within a 4-hour radius, including potential flying and overnight stays, to service technical needs at various medical imaging sites.
Required Qualifications
- Multi-Vendor OEM experience
- Ultrasound Field Service Engineer
- NY/NJ area
- Self-starter
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Professional communication in high-pressure, time-sensitive, customer environments
- Injectors, Ultrasound or high-level electro-mechanical background
