Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, and repair TRUMPF CNC machines while building strong customer relationships. Work closely with customers and machines to ensure equipment operates within expected tolerance, using visual clues, diagnostic tools, and repair manuals to diagnose difficulties. Assemble, align, clean, and replace parts to maintain smooth operation, then accurately report technical conditions to management. Provide onsite training for customer operation and repair, submit organized service reports for each mission, and interface with cross-functional teams including sales and engineering. Travel 100% nationwide, including overnight and occasional international stays.
Required Qualifications
- Associates program or technical school degree in Engineering principles
- Must have and maintain a clean and valid driver's license and record
- 100% nationwide travel including overnight stays and occasional weekend and international travel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in computer software, file management, electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics and hydraulics
