Field Service Engineer - Timisoara/Oradea

Field Service Engineer for Elekta in Romania. The engineer will service Elekta products within Romania from a home-based setup with travel to customer sites across the country. Responsibilities include planned and emergency corrective maintenance, upgrades, installation work, courtesy calls to local customers, and telephone support from the office or a remote location. Role may involve one-day tasks or multi-day site assignments, with occasional travel to sites outside of Romania. Technical duties include fault finding across diverse electronic systems, high-tension and RF power generation, vacuum and water systems, gas systems, and adjusting the radiation beam to meet output specifications. All work follows Elekta safety instructions; issues affecting product reliability or safety must be reported to the Service Manager in a timely manner. Training and assessment occur both in classrooms and on site. Engineers with relevant knowledge may guide and assess others on site and advise the Service Manager.
