Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair chromatography systems including HPLC, IRMS, and LC-MS instruments while troubleshooting complex analytical issues down to the component level. Represent the company by delivering technical service and building strong relationships with customers advancing critical research. Perform daily diagnostic imaging coverage including standing for full shifts and responding to emergency service calls. Travel up to 50-75% of the time with a valid driver's license and physical ability to lift 50 lbs. Work standard hours Monday through Friday, with availability for flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Valid driver's license
