Job Summary
Field Service Engineer to support installation, startup, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated semiconductor wet processing equipment at customer facilities; responsibilities include commissioning and qualifying wet bench systems, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical/controls issues, supporting PLC-based control systems, interpreting schematics and drawings, training customers, performing field modifications and upgrades, documenting service activities, and serving as a technical resource for customers.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, PLCs, or complex manufacturing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
