Field Service Engineer/Technician

Perform installation, calibration, and preventive and corrective maintenance on three-dimensional equipment, tomographs, and on-site optics across Campinas and Brazil. Ensure proper equipment functioning to avoid operational downtime by interpreting data and adhering to quality, productivity, and safety guidelines. Maintain accurate service records to meet performance targets and monitor equipment performance while ensuring customer satisfaction based on service, deadline, and quality metrics. Requires technical training in electronics, mechatronics, or precision mechanics, a current CNH, and good English proficiency.
