Job Summary
Troubleshoot and fix complex electro-mechanical systems remotely and on-site while commissioning multi-axis motion systems. Diagnose issues with motors, motion control, and instrumentation, then repair, modify, and install equipment in real-world environments. Travel 30–50% across the U.S. and internationally to support customers with custom-built ultrasonic testing systems used by aerospace and industrial manufacturers. Leverage 3–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, field service, or machine building to deliver autonomy and real technical challenges in a flexible environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in manufacturing, field service, or machine building
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motors, motion control, robotics, or automation
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Excited to travel both nationally and internationally (25%)
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering degree preferred (or solid hands-on background)
