Job Summary
Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair coffee equipment across customer accounts in South West London and Surrey. Role includes planned maintenance and reactive calls, with training provided and autonomy over scheduling. Must monitor parts usage per company policy to meet the First Time Fix KPI; uses a buy box system for replenishment. Requires at least one year of field service experience, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and a City & Guilds or equivalent certificate; must hold a full driving license and have excellent customer-facing skills. Monday–Friday daytime with weekend rota (1-in-4); field-based role with company-provided service vehicle and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: at least one year in a similar Field Service role
- Electrical/Mechanical maintenance knowledge
- City & Guilds or equivalent certificate in Electrical/Mechanical (or equivalent workplace experience)
- Full driving license
- Customer-facing service experience
- KPI tracking ability
- Independent work capability
- Team collaboration
