Field Service Engineer - Stoke-on-Trent to Wrexham

Field Service Engineer – Medical Diagnostics basis Stoke or surrounding areas with potential assignments across Stoke, surrounding areas, North Wales, Shropshire and Staffordshire. Provide electro-mechanical hardware support, troubleshoot complex faults, perform preventive maintenance, generate operation reports, and deliver customer training while maintaining regulatory documentation and applying rigorous administrative practices. Build relationships with peers and stakeholders to align service and sales objectives, participate in internal reviews to drive service excellence, and contribute to a healthier future by ensuring uptime of Roche diagnostic systems across assigned sites. Ideal candidates have a degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or HNC/HND) and extensive IVD industry experience, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a collaborative team environment.
