Job Summary
As a Field Service Engineer, install, maintain and repair coffee equipment across a broad portfolio of customer accounts in the Southampton or Portsmouth area. Role involves a mix of planned maintenance and reactive calls, with full training provided and support from a Technical Team. You will manage your own day, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, strive for First Time Fix, monitor parts usage, and work with a KPI-driven approach. The position is field-based with a service vehicle and customer-facing responsibilities; weekday daytime hours with weekend rota coverage. Requires evaluating technical diagrams and providing excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- City & Guilds or equivalent certificate in Electrical/Mechanical (or equivalent workplace experience)
- Full driving license
