Field Service Engineer/ Servisní technik ROB CZ

Conduct complete field service interventions for industrial robots across the Czech and Moravian regions, providing on-site technical support, root cause analysis, and remote assistance during standard business hours. Deliver technical advice to clients while maintaining accurate CRM reporting for case management and invoicing. Travel approximately 80% of the workweek to customer sites, with occasional participation in planned service events in neighboring countries including Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, and Slovenia. Manage open service cases and ensure timely delivery of documentation to the office team. The role requires a reliable driver with strong technical skills in electromechanics and automation, based ideally between Humpolec and Brno.
