Field Service Engineer-Semiconductor Decon/Deinstall

Job Summary

Remove chamber kits and fore lines by disconnecting and capping all gas and liquid lines while performing complete tool shutdowns. Execute daily pre-task planning with customers, then disassemble the tool in preparation for removal from the fab. Install caps, plugs, shipping fixtures, and casters, and document all Deinstall activities using the 2D checklist. Report project status and strictly follow all customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE. This role requires knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment, with 1-4 years of experience for junior engineers or 5+ years for seniors. Schedule is Monday through Friday, day shift from 7am to 4pm, with a pay rate of $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications

  • Must know Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment
  • Junior Field Service Engineers should have 1-4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Senior Field Service Engineers should have a minimum of 5 + years of OEM direct experience
  • Must be able to perform complete tool shutdown
  • Must follow all LOTO and customer procedures
  • Must follow all customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE
  • Must be able to walk up to 5+miles per day
  • Must be able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time
  • Must be able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces
  • Must be able to work at heights
  • Must be able to work on a ladder
  • Must be able to lift up to 50-75 pounds
  • All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
