Job Summary
Field Service Engineer responsible for providing advanced service and consultation on water treatment and food sanitation applications. The role includes troubleshooting and optimization of installations, remote monitoring support, training customers, maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and identifying new business opportunities. The position requires strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and CRM software, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with travel to customer sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance and water treatment related experience
- Expert level knowledge of water treatment fundamentals, practices, and terminology
